How awesome was London Fashion Weekend?

I had a blast at London fashion weekend!
I went with my best friend, And fellow blogger Lisa Leung!
We had sooo much fun, and made lots of friends, I tripped in my heels a couple of times, and people actualy thought we were teenagers!
Lisa is a new and upcoming fashion Blogger and Interior designer. She is also an artist and creates many pieces that reflects what she sees in life and her interpretation of it!
I have shared some of her Instagram images in this post head on down there and follow her! This is her expertise I'm in the wedding industry, but it was awesome to see the worlds combine at this event!

Well I literally got there at the break of dawn was soo keen lol! I had to actualy leave to go get breakfast and met Lisa there, haha they wernt even open yet and I was in such a rush I skipped it!
Good thing though, lots of people were there mooching around too, so I wasn't the only eager beaver!

It's set in Somerset house which is hundreds of years old and a gorgeous place setting for any event!
I just swooned over the settings...

There was security and paparazzi was quite a scene, not to mention the off the wall awesome fashions my buddy Lisa and I saw, we appreciated that everyone was their own trend setter.
Lisa was busy clicking away with her camera capturing as many things and styles as she possibly could I was capturing her I believe it's always good for the artist to be seen at their own work!

The pictures below are from Lisa's lens!
And on her SOTC Straight off the Catwalk Instagram Account..

Everyone has their own take on fashion!

Everyone thinks their look is the best, and they are right fashion! I believe fashion is yours make it what you want!
Yes there are trends but they done suit everyone, some looks are timeless and you can still tweak it to make it your own!

It was amazing to see head turning looks needless to say the whole thing was #FABULOUS

I love Lisa as she brought a model out of me! I am so camera shy but this girl knew what she was doing! We took lots of snaps of each other...

next came the runway

The atmosphere was that of excitement ..as the Jean Pierre show began

We were blessed enough to get to meet the designer in person straight after the show at his seminar, he talked about his business, how it began his successes and struggles, it was so relating to my own personal Journey with Bespoke Vintage Castle and it was really encouraging to hear another buisness person, describe their love a passion for their buisness!
Then we got to asking questions! Lisa asked him "out of anyone in the whole wide world who would you want to dress the most?"
Jean Pierre Braganza replied : the Queen of England! The room was filled with laughter!

Overall we had such a great time it was nice to catch up with my buddy and experience this awesome adventure!

I look forward to the September shows! How exciting? Please roll on summer I can't wait to see the new fashion trends hit the streets!
Betty x
